Shipping Policy
We try to ship your order as early as possible i.e. within an hour after receiving your payment. At times, due to unforeseen circumstances it may take up to 3 days. i.e We ship your orders in 1 to 3 days and after shipping it will take 1 to 7 working days for delivering your order, that depends on your location.
Shipping Charges
Fannybomb.com provides free shipping on orders worth Rs 649 & above. The order below Rs 649 will be charged a shipping charge of Rs 89/-. Due to personal nature of the products we don't have COD method of shipping. The shipping charges are non-refundable. The shipping charge for your Order will be displayed once you proceed to check out.
It is our endeavour to ship all items in your Order together; however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address.
If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders. In instances where customer places multiple orders within a day or two, we might combine orders and ship them together.
Tracking
We shall be sending the tracking URL of the courier so that you can track the delivery yourself and also you can coordinate with your local courier office for delivery, according to your convenience. It may not be possible for us to honour your request, for fixing a time/date of delivery.
Product Packaging/ Discreet packing
We pack your items in a completely opaque cardboard box OR opaque high Strengthen-tearable poly bag. We don't put any indication of product name in the package or the packaging box. This ensures complete privacy of your order and safeguards quality and packaging of your order.
Delivery
Delivery delays can happen due to customer unavailability or discrepancies in billing address or failures in providing contact number/correct contact number for delivery. (The courier may or may not contact you before coming - that is something we have no control over).
Delivery to certain areas like North Eastern states, J&K, Remote areas in Hills etc. may have a longer delivery period due to lack of accessibility, poor weather conditions, security reasons etc.
In case of cities dealing with law and order situations, delivery of courier might get temporarily affected.

We ship only through Bluedart, Aramex and Delhivery couriers. As an alternative we use Speed post for delivering to pin codes that are not serviced by these couriers.
